Probation Ordered For Falls City Men

FALLS CITY – Sentences of two years probation were ordered for two Falls City men for drug offenses.

Police stopped Phoenix Martin, 19, and Codie Witt, 24, on Jan. 5 and say they found illegal drugs in their vehicle.

Martin was convicted of possession of Oxycodone and  attempted possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Witt was sentenced for possession Lorazepam and hydrocodone.
