Students from three states to attend High Plains Band and Choir Festival

One hundred forty high school students from 24 schools in Nebraska, Wyoming, and South Dakota will attend Chadron State College’s annual High Plains Band and Choir Festival Monday, Feb. 2 and Tuesday, Feb. 3.
