Oklahoma man faces weapons charges in Richardson County
Ingmire told deputy he needed weapon to protect himself

FALLS CITY- Kevin Ingmire, 61, is charged in Richardson County with eight counts of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, delivery near a school on Dec. 2 and nine counts of possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony.
Prosecutors say eight firearms, including a Glock handgun, two .22 caliber rifles and a double-barrel shotgun were found, along with 750 rounds of various ammunition and nine grams of methamphetamine.
The affidavit says Ingmire told deputies he needed a firearm to defend himself against someone he had testified against in Oklahoma.
Scott Hough, 61, of Blackwell, Okla., is charged with possession on Dec. 2.
