FALLS CITY- Falls City police report a rollover accident Nov. 22 with medical helicopter transport to a trauma center.

A 1961 Ford Falcon driven by 30-year-old Jacob Gill of Falls City left Business Parkway into an east ditch, re-entered the roadway and went into a west ditch and came to rest upright in a harvested field.

A police report says Gill was ejected out the driver’s window during the roll and was located about 20 feet from the vehicle.

Police say the vehicle was equipped with a roll cage and safety harness, but the harness was not in use at the time of the accident.

The report says Gill told investigators he had swerved to miss a deer.
