AUBURN - Christopher Williams, 41, of Nebraska City is charged in Nemaha County with delivery on Sept. 27.

An arrest affidavit says over a pound and a half of marijuana was seized at the Brownville Flea Market, where Williams was a vendor.

Williams maintains that he had a license to sell the product, but the affidavit says the deputy could not link documents provided by Williams to the jars of marijuana he had near the Brownville welcome center.

The sheriff’s office says the state lab showed the product had an illegal ratio of THC.
