NioCorp reports ownership of one mile section

CENTENNIAL, Colo. - NioCorp reports additional land purchases in Johnson County to support potential future operations for critical mineral mining and processing.

NioCorp now owns a full square mile where it plans an underground mine and surface processing facility.

CEO Mark Smith said the company has the mineral rights necessary to begin construction of the Elk Creek Critical Minerals mine.

He said the company is committed to being a responsible neighbor.
