SYRACUSE - The Syracuse City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

The agenda includes a discussion on ownership of three wells, 7, 8 and 10.

Sarah Burr and the SDA civics class propose a mini library and the Tannenbaum committee proposes street closure on Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Highway 50 crossing will also be discussed.

In a Facebook post, Burr said the eighth grade class plan to add mini libraries around Syracuse, especially those on the east side of Highway 50.
