Possession, threats, farm damage alleged in Johnson County
Deputies say methamphetamine fell from a man's pocket in a gas station parking lot

TECUMSEH - Nathan Pospichal, 39, of Beatrice is charged with possession Aug. 28.
An arrest affidavit says camera coverage at UStop shows a small bag containing methamphetamine fall from a customer’s pocket on the concrete in front of the gas station.
Jennel Whitehead, 44, of Lincoln is charged with possession on Aug. 19.
A Johnson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit describes a Highway 50 traffic stop and K9 deployment. Prosecutors say a syringe loaded with methamphetamine was found.
Ann Benson, 56, of Burchard is charged with over 10 grams of methamphetamine on Aug. 29.
A Johnson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says methamphetamine was found in a Highway 50 traffic stop near the Cook spur. The affidavit says 11.7 grams of meth were found, along with a scale with meth residue.
Zane Lehn, 48, of Tecumseh is charged with terroristic threats on Aug. 26.
A sheriff’s office affidavit says an 18-year-old girl came to the sheriff’s office to report threats from a neighbor at a Webster Street residence. The affidavit says while Lehn is not part of a active harassment protection order involving the neighborhood, deputies have dealt with reoccurring issues there.
Ryan Hunt, 25, of Beatrice is charged with criminal mischief on July 2.
A sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to farm ground near Crab Orchard where there was damage to silage bags and an acre of corn destroyed by a vehicle.
