NEW YORK (AP) — Prosecutors say they will seek a prison sentence for Sean “Diddy” Combs in his sex trafficking trial.

The jury found Combs guilty of a prostitution-related crime but cleared him of sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Prosecutors estimate that Combs’ sentencing guidelines could justify a prison term of five years. The defense puts it much lower.

Combs was convicted of flying people around the country to engage in sexual encounters, including girlfriends and male sex workers. His lawyers say the women were willing participants and that authorities had exaggerated Combs' lifestyle.
