FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Feb. 25, including a 40-year-old Falls City woman suspected of possession, resisting arrest and maintaining a drug house.

A sheriff’s office affidavit says an informant used $80 from the “drug fund” to purchase methamphetamine at a Morton Street residence on Feb. 2 and Feb. 9. The affidavit says the source suspected that the sheriff’s office was involved by Feb. 12.

Court records say deputies searched the residence and told the court that methamphetamine was found in a search of Paige Frederick’s person on Feb. 19.

In a separate case, Michaela Gutierrez Maldonado, 32, of Omaha is suspected of possession of THC and possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony on Feb. 22.
