67 hours of wind chills below zero at river's edge
Nebraska City Airport reports low of 27 degrees below zero

NEBRASKA CITY - The Nebraska City Airport reported negative 27 degree wind chill and 67 consecutive hours of below zero wind chills since Tuesday.
The coldest wind chill was recorded three times - at 11:35 p.m. on Wednesday, 12:35 a.m. Thursday and 4:15 a.m. Thursday. Winds were generally calm, but air temperatures were as low as negative 12.
