Honeywell donates smoke detectors
Fire chief donations will help protect homes and families in need
NEBRASKA CITY - Nebraska City Fire and Rescue announced the donation of smoke alarms from Honeywell.
Fire Chief Rob Schreiner said the department is deeply thankful for the donation of 60 combination carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. He said the department frequently responds to homes without working smoke or CO detectors.
Schreiner: “These alarms will make a significant difference in our efforts to protect homes and families in need.”
