Prison ordered for Bratrsovky
FALLS CITY - Mark Bratrsovsky, 63, of Humboldt was sentenced to one to 10 years in prison for attempted possession with intent to deliver on Feb. 4.
A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says deputies served five search warrants at East View Apartments in Falls City and made arrests alleging possession of methamphetamine.
Deputies followed up with a no-knock warrant at Bratrsovsky’s Humboldt residence on Feb. 8. Deputies say methamphetamine, a scale and a handgun were found.
Bratrsovsky was also sentenced to a concurrent one to 10-year term for distribution on Feb. 8.
An affidavit says deputies conducted additional "consent searches" of apartments at East View and made additional arrests. Bratrsovsky was not among them, but an affidavit says 2 grams of meth was found Feb. 8 in the pocket of pants that Bratrsovsky put on after officers entered his bedroom while serving the daytime warrant.
In a separate case, Nicole Harkendorff, 46, of Falls City was sentenced to four years probation for conspiracy to deliver methamphetmine in November of 2023.
A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says Harkendorff had acquired meth in Horton, Kan., and was a co-conspirator in drug distribution at East View Apartments.
The affidavit says Harkendorff paid $250 for 7 grams of meth once a month for five months, particularly after she received her disability check.
Also in Richardson County District Court, Riley McCauley, 20, of Macy was sentenced to 12 months probation for attempted possession and contributing to the delinquency of a child on May 4.
A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says McCauley was stopped with a 16-year-old passenger on Highway 75. The affidavit says THC cartridges and dispensary bag with one ounce of marijuana were found. The sheriff’s office suspects the products had been purchased in Oklahoma, where medical cannabis is legal.
