NEBRASKA CITY - The Nebraska City City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m on Nov. 18.

The agenda includes Winterpalooza and a $135,000 project to convert overhead utilities to underground for the new 11th Street trail project.

The Arbor Day Foundation is requesting a liquor license for Winterpalooza concert at the Veterans Memorial Building from 5 to 11 p.m. on Dec. 21.

Arbor Wellness LLC had paid off its $80,000 Growth Fund loan.

The building inspector sent notices of unsafe houses to 1414 12th Corso and 1312 Second Corso.

According to the police department’s October activity report, checking on parks and bathrooms was the highest with 43 occurrences. There were 28 calls regarding noise or animal complaints.
