Sheriff says meth found during jail search

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Oct. 21, including two felony possession cases.
Penny Bousquet, 58, of Council Bluffs is charged in Richardson County with possession and tampering with evidence on Oct. 20.
An arrest affidavit says a sheriff’s deputy pulled over a vehicle on Highway 75 and another vehicle driven by Bousquet stopped in front. Deputies told the court they found packaged THC products in the second vehicle and 3.5 grams of meth during a jail search.
Cheisa Sweeney, 44, of Oklahoma City, Okla., is suspected of possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
Jesus Hernandez, 45, of Omaha is suspected of criminal impersonation, habitual criminal, false reporting, identity theft, driving under suspension and no driver’s license.
A 49-year-old Watson, Mo., man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
