WEEPING WATER, NE - The Weeping Water Indians bounced back from their lone loss of the season with a strong game against Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer in a 52-11 win on Friday.

At first, it looked like the teams could reach triple digits, as the game was tied at eight after just three offensive snaps! WW was on the board 19 seconds in, thanks to a 58-yard touchdown run from Tucker Bickford. H-TR-S responded on its second snap with a 54-yard TD carry from Hunter Bohling. After that, however, things went the Indians' way heavily. As a matter of fact, the Titans would only gain 49 more yards in the game.

Bickford finished the game with 161 yards rushing on 19 carries with three touchdowns on the ground, and he was 9/11 passing for 96 yards with one score and one interception. Owen Seger helped the WW cause with 85 yards and two scored on only five carries. Luke Harms led the Indians' receiving corps with four grabs for 50 yards and a TD.

The Titans saw Bohling finish with 78 yards on ten carries with the one TD. Bradyn Bowen was just 4/15 through the air for 14 yards with two picks...both to Kolby Nash. Emmett Glathar had the pick for H-TR-S. The Titans' Jacopo Vanni connected on an impressive 47-yard fieldgoal to wind down the scoring.

H-TR-S is now 2-5 on the season, while Weeping Water sits at 6-1 going into the final week of the regular season. This Thursday, the Titans will host Johnson County Central, while the Indians visit Elmwood-Murdock.
