Time served ordered in Richardson County cases

FALLS CITY - Anthony Tull, 47, of Robinson, Kan., was fined $1,000 and sentenced to nine days already served for attempted assault on Jan. 12.

An arrest affidavit says police were dispatched to Eastview Apartments in Falls City, where they say surveillance video shows a woman attempting to leave her apartment but being “yanked” back inside.

Marcus Bratrsovsky, 20, of Humboldt was fined $350 and sentenced to six days already served for no disclosure on concealed weapon on Feb. 29.

An arrest affidavit says Bratrsovsky told a sheriff’s deputy a handgun was in the glove compartment during a traffic stop.
