FALLS CITY – A $100,000 bond was set in Richardson County court for the driver of Ford Bronco involved in traffic accident July 20 at the intersection of highways 75 and 4.

Magee Dillon, 19, of Gardner, Kan., is charged with driving under the influence causing bodily injury.

A sheriff’s deputy says Dillon’s Bronco rear-ended a vehicle with four occupants. Two were taken to Community Medical Center by ambulance and two were self-transported. One person was later taken by medical helicopter to a Lincoln hospital.

An arrest affidavit says a 9 mm handgun was also found in the Bronco. Dillon is also charged with being a felon in possession of a handgun.

Several cases involving the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office drug enforcement have also been filed in county court.

Steven Foley, 43, of Wichita, Kan., is suspected of possession of concentrated THC following a traffic stop near Dawson on July 11.

Hugh Berry, 57, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and concentrated THC following a traffic stop near Dawson on July 1.

Kandra Mallory, 31, of Omaha is charged with criminal impersonation and possession of cocaine on July 8. Her Jeep was stopped on Highway 75 and the sheriff’s deputy told the court she gave him a false name.
