Deputies planned a probation search of a Talmage residence, but made traffic stop of suspect

NEBRASKA CITY - Stuart Miller, 35, of Talmage is charged with possession of over 10 grams of methamphetamine on June 26.

An arrest affidavit says Otoe County sheriff’s deputies went to Talmage to assist state probation in a search of a Talmage residence. When Miller was not there, deputies conducted a traffic stop in Talmage of a car Miller was driving.

The affidavit says Miller cooperated with deputies regarding a search of the vehicle. The affidavit says 14 grams and three syringes were found.

Bond for Miller was set at $25,000.

Miller was sentenced in Otoe County to probation for attempted possession in November of 2022.
