Cocaine charge against Texas passenger
FALLS CITY - Irving Anzora, 34, of Houston, Texas, is charged in Richardson County with possession on May 11.
An arrest affidavit says a Richardson County sheriff’s deputy made a Highway 75 traffic stop and arrested the driver. The deputy says Anzora was a passenger and was allowed to drive the car to the sheriff’s office in Falls City, where a K9 indicated to illegal drugs. The affidavit says cocaine residue and plastic bags were found in the vehicle.
In a separate case, Riley McCauley, 19, of Macy, Neb., is charged with delivering marijuana to a minor on May 4.
An arrest affidavit says a sheriff’s deputy made a Highway 75 traffic stop and found 35 dispensary containers with concentrated THC and an unopened dispensary bag with an ounce of marijuana. The affidavit says McCauley was traveling with a 16-year-old.
