Marguerite Harriet “Marge” Jordan was born on December 5, 1927 in Percival, IA; the daughter of Ed and Dollie (Barnhouse) Jenkins. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1945.

On December 23, 1945, Marge was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Jordan at Hiawatha, KS.

Marge was employed at John Browns Cave/Mayhew Cabin; retiring in 2018. Marge was a lifetime member of the Eagles Auxiliary. Marge enjoyed many years of bowling in leagues at V-Lanes.

She is survived by children Rick Jordan and wife Rita of Anderson, MO, Jerry Jordan and wife Chris of Orlando, FL, Craig Jordan and wife Parris of West Plains, MO, Larry Jordan of Anderson, MO, Margie Hoss and husband Todd of Omaha, NE, daughters in law Wendy of Carthage, MO, Becky of Omaha, NE; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and two great great great grandchildren, niece Deb Kuhn of Custer, South Dakota, brother and sisters in law Bill Jordan of Hot Springs, AK, Julia Winningham of Hot Springs, AK, and Faith Koch of Missouri Valley, IA; other family and friends.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Ed & Dollie, son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Trudy Jordan; son Curt Jordan, son Steve Jordan and two siblings: Edwin and Mary Ann.

Marge Jordan entered eternal peace of May 14, 2024 at her home in Nebraska City.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Wyuka Cemetery in Nebr. City.
