Auburn advances in state tournament
Bulldogs to play Ashland Greenwood Friday morning

LINCOLN – Auburn remained unbeaten and advanced in the state C-1 basketball tournament Thursday with a 52 to 50 victory over Douglas County West.
Auburn has made it to the state tournament the last five years, but it was Douglas County West’s first-ever appearance.
Auburn advances to 27 and 0 to play Ashland Greenwood at 10:45 a.m. on Friday.
DC West stole an inbounds pass but missed the shot as time expired.
Auburn's Maverick Binder told News Channel Nebraska that he should have provided more leadership on the inbounds pass.
