Falls City police make arrests on separate calls to Eastview Apartments

FALLS CITY – New cases filed in Richardson County court allege burglary, false imprisonment and methamphetamine.

FALLS CITY – Stephanie Vice, 42, of Falls City is charged in Richardson County with burglary on Jan. 2.

A complaint filed in county court says she is accused of entering a property at 1005 Harlan Street with intent to steal. She is also accused of taking oxycodone and a wallet belonging to Richard Newland.

Anastasia Schulenberg, 36, of Hiawatha, Kan., is charged with possession on Sept. 17.

An affidavit says Falls City police found a broken glass pipe with meth residue while responding to a disturbance call at Eastview Apartments.

Anthony Tull, 47, is charged in  Richardson County with false imprisonment on Jan. 12.

An arrest affidavit says Falls City police investigated after an Eastview Apartments resident reported hearing screaming coming from down the hall.

A woman told police she was able to escape Tull’s grasp to open the apartment door and yell for help. The alleged victim said she was then pulled by the hair back into the apartment before police arrived.

The Richardson County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of 28-year-old Natasha Kroeze of Verdon on a Jan. 24 burglary charge.
