Teen accused of high school hit list

SIDNEY, IA – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sidney teen accused of developing a ‘hit list’ of students and staff at the Sidney High School.

Kaelyn Alexis Surrell, 18, is suspected of threatening to commit acts of arson towards the people on the list.

She is charged with threats of terrorism and was held on a $5,000 bond.
