FALLS CITY- Scott Bachman, 50, of Humboldt was sentenced to two years probation for possession in July of 2022.

Bachman was arrested after the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office served search warrants in Humboldt. A pipe at 704 Nemaha St. tested positive for meth residue.

Janeen Moyer, 27, of Humboldt was also charged after the search. She is scheduled for a drug court plea in December.
