PERU, NE - The Peru State Football Team fell to the Clarke Pride, 31-17, on Saturday afternoon. The Bobcats are now 2-2 in the Heart of America Conference and 4-6 Overall.
 
The Bobcats had a total 191 net rushing yards and 210 net passing yards.
 
In the second quarter, a pass from Colin Shields to Stacian Livingston got the Bobcats their first touchdown of the game.
 
In the third quarter, Mack Boekhout had a 32-yard field goal. Making the score 21-10.
 
The Bobcats scored a touchdown with 00:48 on the clock with a 12-yard run from TJ Mays to finish the game.
 
Keyon Henry-Brooks had a total rushing gain of 95 yards against the Pride. Stacian Livingston also had a total 50 yards on the ground with the longest run being 24 yards.
 
Daylan Jones had 73 receiving yards with the longest catch being 43 yards. Jordan Kempf had 49 receiving yards with six receptions.
 
Kile Bentley had ten total tackles, followed by Mason Benjamin with a total of eight tackles. Devin Adams had a total  of six tackles and a sack for eight yards lost.  Aaron Thomas had four tackles and a sack.
 
Next: The Bobcats are back in the Oak Bowl this Saturday, November 11, at 1:00 pm. They take on the Culver-Stockton Wildcats and will celebrate Senior Day, Veteran's Day, and Military Appreciation Day.
