OMAHA, Neb. -- A man and a teenage girl were arrested for several robberies in Omaha.

The Omaha Police Department said they received several calls about suspicious activity and robberies in Omaha on Oct. 23 from 6:10 p.m. to 7:05 p.m.

The victims reported that the suspect was driving a gray or silver Sedan and was wearing a "Michael Myers" mask while assaulting the victims with a hammer before taking property from them.

According to authorities, they found the Sedan on Augusta Ave. on Wednesday and arrested a man and a girl.

Officers said they arrested 20-year-old Jorden Payne was booked at Douglas County Corrections for two counts of robbery and two counts of attempted robbery. The 17-year-old girl was booked at the Douglas County Youth Center for two counts of robbery, one count of attempted robbery and one count of criminal mischief.
