TECUMSEH – A Tecumseh man is charged with false imprisonment and assault while out on bond from a terroristic threats case in July.
Renner Wilson, 30, is accused of holding a gun to a 30-year-old Tecumseh woman's head while threatening to kill her in July. Court records say a Johnson County sheriff’s deputy found evidence that a shot had been fired in a Tecumseh residence.
Wilson was arrested again after a Sept. 20 incident when deputies were dispatched on a report of a woman being thrown from a Jeep. Witnesses told investigators that she had been forced into the backseat of the vehicle before it left town. When the vehicle returned to Tecumseh, the woman saw an opportunity and jumped from the vehicle, according to court records.
