Johnson-Brock Keeps Rocking with Strong Showing Against HTRS

HUMBOLDT, NE - Johnson-Brock stayed unbeaten on the year with a road win at Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer on Friday, knocking off the host squad 69-12.
Johnson-Brock found themselves with a halftime lead of 57-6 and did not look back. Quarterback Sloan Pelican commanded the Eagles' offense, scoring on every offensive possession while he was in the game. Wide receivers Chase VanWinkle and Casen Dalinghaus were the main recipients in the pass game, while Max Gravatt powered into the end zone with a score of his own.
For HTRS, they used multiple quarterbacks, with JJ McQueen seeing all the action in the first half, but his three interceptions made HTRS switch up the offense, allowing Hunter Bohling to see action at quarterback. It didn’t amount to much, as HTRS scored just one touchdown in each half.
Johnson-Brock climbs to 4-0 on the season, as HTRS falls to 2-2. Next up for Johnson-Brock is Lourdes Central Catholic in a battle of unbeaten squads. As for HTRS, they have homecoming this week, when they host Diller-Odell.
