SIDNEY, Ia, -- The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests from a narcotics investigation in the 2700 block of Highway 59 in Fremont County.

Fredreck Billings II, 36, and Catina Jo Blank, 47, both of Shenandoah, are suspected of delivery of methamphetamine less than five grams and a drug gathering violation.

Chelsea Blank, 25, also of Shenandoah, is suspected of felony drug gathering and misdemeanor keeping a premises of vehicle for controlled substances, as well as possession.

Shenandoah police assisted with the investigation.
