SYRACUSE – Hailey Dowding’s middleweight market lamb was named the top market lamb at the 4-H sheep show Thursday at the Otoe County Fair.

A middle weight shown by Addisyn Lorenson was reserve market lamb.

Isaac Bruggeman showed the top heavyweight and Ian Lorenson was reserve.



Mason Wieckhorst had the champion lightweight market lamb and Josie Hippen showed the reserve lightweight champion.

The champion breeding lamb was showed by Leighton Brehm, Addisyn Lorenson was reserve.


The top senior showman was Mason Wieckhorst with Isaac Bruggeman as reserve.

Lauren Brehm and Ian Lorenson were the top intermediate showman. Addisyn Lorenson and Kole Brooks were top showman in the junior division.

Judge Colby Collins of Grand Island offered high praise for the junior showmanship class and said the overall quality at the 4-H show was impressive.
