Road work in River Country

BROWNVILLE - Road work is impacting travel in southeast Nebraska.

The Missouri River bride at Brownville is closed until Aug. 13. Highway 136 is also closed at a railroad crossing near Phelps City.

Work continues on Highway 73 between Dawson and Falls City where the are pilot cars and temporary stop lights.

Highway 50 is closed at the Kansas border.

Highway 67 at Brock is reduced to one lane.

Highway 136 between Tecumseh and Highway 105 near Johnson has temporary traffic lights.

An armor coat project is scheduled to begin Monday on Highway 50 north of Syracuse. Traffic will be maintained with pilot car and flaggers for two days.

In Cass County, after a couple days of malfunctions, the Highway 75 and Highway 66 intersection stop lights were reported to be working again.

Construction continues on Highway 34/75.
