Gilliland fined after Shubert search

FALLS CITY - Mickey Gilliland, 54, of Shubert was fined $1,000 for possession on Jan. 26, 2022.

Judge Julie Smith earlier overruled Gilliland’s motion to suppress evidence in the case. His attorney argued that a trash pull of Gilliland’s Shubert residence did not provide enough evidence to search the residence.

An arrest affidavit says deputies found pipes and a scale with meth residue.
