Falls City couple killed in accident

HAMILTON - The Missouri Highway Patrol reports a fatality accident on July 4 that took the lives of a Falls city couple.

Ricky and Susan Nutzman, both age 70, were killed in a collision with a freight truck on US Highway 36 east of St. Joseph near Hamilton.

The accident report says Ricky Nutzman was driving a GMC Yukon and failed to merge properly onto the highway Tuesday morning.
