PAWNEE CITY - The Pawnee County Attorney’s Office has dismissed a charge of terroristic threats against Craig Borcher, 42, of Steinauer.
A jury found Borcher not guilty of domestic assault in April, but was deadlocked on the charge of terroristic threat.
Borcher was accused of bringing a firearm into a Pawnee City residence. He told investigators he removed the firearm from his vehicle so it would not be stolen, but did not threaten anyone. A woman at the residence gave investigators conflicting information.
