Court issues warrant for Nebraska City man

NEBRASKA CITY - The Otoe County District Court has issued an arrest warrant for Francisco Ahlberg, 41, of Nebraska City.

Court records say Ahlberg failed to appear in court on June 5. He was found guilty of attempted possession of a controlled substance in August.

Police arrested Ahlberg in an 11th Street traffic stop after an officer observed a pill falling from an overhead sun visor.

The state earlier dismissed a possession charge against 30-year-old David Montoya-Gonzalez of Nebraska City.
