OMAHA, Neb. -- An inmate that was convicted of charges in Douglas County is currently missing.

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said 37-year-old Seth Horstman did not return to the Community Corrections Center – Omaha (CCC-O) on Thursday.

Officials said Horstman is a 6'0'', 148 lbs. white man with brown hair and blue eyes. He was reportedly at his job Thursday morning and his electronic monitoring device was found in the parking lot there.

According to court documents, Horstman was serving a sentence of 19 years and 26 months to 32 years. He was convicted for three counts of robbery out of Douglas County and started his sentence on March 2, 2010. A parole hearing is scheduled in October 2023 with a tentative release date of June 30, 2026.
