FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports a methamphetamine investigation that resulted in the arrest Wednesday of Joshua L. Carpenter of Falls City, who had been released from custody on a $2,250 bond provision.
A sheriff’s office press release says deputies purchased methamphetamine using confidential informants prior to the current case.
Carpenter is suspected of delivery within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug money and no drug tax stamp.
Carpenter is also charged with delivery of methamphetamine in September of 2022 and possession of money during a drug violation. That case also involves a confidential informant.
The court has sealed the arrest affidavits in both cases.
