NEBRASKA CITY - Nine-year-old Emlynn Schmitz of Lincoln is the  rock, paper, scissors champion of the 2023 Arbor Day celebration at Nebraska City.

She competed in the Arbor Town Throw Down at the Veterans Memorial Building during the Arbor Day barbecue.
