Multiple people facing drug charges in Nemaha County

AUBURN – David Roze, 35, is charged in Nemaha County with possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 17.
An arrest affidavit says Roze was riding a bicycle and asked a sheriff’s deputy for a ride to the village of Nemaha. The deputy says Roze gave permission to search his backpack but threw a pipe with meth residue into nearby grass before turning the backpack over to the deputy.
AUBURN - Brian Tennant, 18, of Auburn is charged in Nemaha County with providing psilocybin mushrooms on April 3.
Nemaha County sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call of a possible overdose on Highway 136 near 640 Avenue.
An arrest affidavit says one person was found with the car and Tennant was found in a nearby field. Both were taken to Nemaha County Hospital.
AUBURN – Ethan Dierberger, 20, of Table Rock is charged in Nemaha County with operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and possession of Alprazolam on April 6.
A Nemaha County sheriff’s deputy told the court he clocked a red sports car at 112 mph on Highway 105. The deputy said he followed “a cloud of dust” on a rural road until Dierberger stopped on 723 Road.
AUBURN - Jacob McVay, 22, of Auburn is charged with possession of hydrocodone on March 30.
A Nebraska State trooper stopped McVay on Highway 75 after he was clocked on radar at 92 mph. The trooper says hydrocodone was found after an inventory search of the vehicle.
