FALLS CITY - Dustin Moore, 33, of Falls City was sentenced to 420 days in prison and a year post-release supervision for attempted terroristic threats and threats to use an explosive against law enforcement on May 16.
The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office obtained a search warrant for a west 15th Street residence after the Federal Bureau of Investigations reported a Twitter post from a Falls City man regarding bringing an “AK” to a grade school.
Moore was also questioned about threats to put car bombs on squad cars and “moltoving” deputies’ houses.
Richardson County Sheriff Rick Hardesty said Moore was not taking action to carry out the threats, so he did not inform the school about the FBI alert.
