TECUMSEH - Alicia Houck, 37, of Omaha is scheduled for arraignment April 3 on charges of attempted delivery of methamphetamine and attempted conveying a cell phone to the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution on Dec. 28, 2021.

A Nebraska State Patrol investigator said a package was recovered in the yard at the prison. The package contained three cell phones, six sim cards, two small baggies with marijuana and two plastic bags with methamphetamine, as well as a vape pen, USB charger and THC vape cartridges.

A Nebraska State Crime Laboratory report indicates that fingerprints on the package were compared to the prison database. The state patrol says Houck was a visitor at the prison.
