Humboldt woman named in meth conspiracy allegations

FALLS CITY – A Richardson County court has issued an arrest warrant for Janeen Moyer 26, of Humboldt, who is accused of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Richardson County Attorney Samantha Scheitel  has filed a complaint against Moyer alleging conspiracy in October of 2022.

An arrest affidavit says the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office has opened several investigations into the distribution of methamphetamine in Richardson County. The affidavit claims that Moyer is a part of a conversation reacting that a delivery was “short” and could not be split as earlier agreed.
