OMAHA, Neb. -- A 44-year-old Omaha man is facing 17.5 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for child pornography. 

The U.S. Attorney announced on Monday that 44-year-old Adam Frederick Juenemann of Omaha was sentenced to 210 months in prison by the U.S. District Court Judege for transportation of child porn with a prior conviction. 

After Juenemann is released, he will serve a lifetime term of supervised release. There is no parole int he federal system. 

Juenemann will have to continue to register as a sex offender. 

Court documents said that in October 2020, law enforcement found a sexually explicit video and picture depicting a known 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old male engaging in sexually explicit conduct on a website account.

The videos of the teens were uploaded to the account on January 7, 2020.

The IP address associated with the account was a Cox Communications address. The IP address was assigned to Juenemann’s residence and the account was in the name of his ex-wife.

On Dec. 22, 2020, a search warrant was executed at Juenemann’s residence, during which officers found several electronic devices which they reviewed. 

When reviewing the devices, it was reported that officers found 62 images containing children being subjected to sexually explicit conduct.

On Juenemann’s phone were still images from the video of the teens that he had posted.

Juenemann was interviewed on Dec. 22, 2020, and admitted to using Cox for his internet services and admitted to using the email address associated with the account.

Juenemann was previously convicted of three counts of sexual exploitation of a child in violation of K.S.A. 21-5510(a)(2) in the District Court of Ellis County, Kansas.
