Snow advisory until early Sunday morning
OMAHA - A National Weather Service advisory says one to three inches of snow is expected for Gage, Lancaster, Otoe, Cass and Saline counties in Nebraska and Fremont and Mils counties in Iowa.
Some areas may get up to four inches by 3 a.m.
Up to 5 inches of snow is forecast for Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee and Richardson counties by 6 a.m.
Roads are expected to be slippery. Road conditions can be obtained by 511.
Cass County in Nebraska and Mills County in Iowa.
Brenner Field in Falls City reported freezing fog around noon on Saturday and snow or fog mist throughout the afternoon and into Sunday morning.
Nebraska 511 shows snow plows active on Highway 50 between Syracuse and Tecumseh around 11 p.m. Plows are also active at Auburn. Heavy snow is reported on Highway 2 between Dunbar and Nebraska City.
