Multiple arrested after school threat deemed hoax in Omaha
The Omaha Police Department has made multiple arrests in connection to school threats in the Omaha area.

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha Police Department has made multiple arrests in connection to school threats in the Omaha area.
OPD said their assault unit arrested an 11-, 12-, 15-, and 18-year-old in connection to the recent threats.
The 11- and 12-year-old were cited for disorderly conduct, the 15-year-old male has been booked for terroristic threats, and the 18-year-old female has been booked for terroristic threats.
The 18-year-old has been booked into Douglas County Corrections.
Authorities said that a suspect was previously misidentified.
OPD said the individuals who made the posts have been identified and the investigation of the posts showed that they were a hoax.
OPD said they take all threats to schools and children's safety seriously, and the Felony Assault unit takes lead on all investigations.
