Richardson County accepts Four-County Juvenile Justice
Nemaha County implements plan from Juvenile Justice Team

FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Board accepted the latest agreement for the community-based juvenile services aid program along with Johnson, Nemaha and Pawnee counties.
Nemaha County is the lead for the Four County Juvenile Justice Team and is responsible for employing people distributing program funds.
There are funding opportunities through the Nebraska Crime Commission for the the four county juvenile diversion program.
For the year ending November of 2022, Richardson and Nemaha counties had 82 percent of the juvenile cases. 87 percent of referrals led to involvement in the juvenile justice system.
