FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Nov. 20, including theft, weapons and felony drug charges.

29-year-old Assan Tucker of Omaha is suspected of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony on Nov. 13.

Zachary White, 21, of Topeka, Kan. is charged for theft, criminal impersonation and unauthorized use of a vehicle on Nov. 16.

White is accused of stealing a car and leaving its owner stranded along Highway 75.

The owner told sheriff’s deputies he had driven from Omaha to pick up friends whose car had broken  down in Richardson County. The owner said when he arrived men from the inoperable car jumped in his car and drove it away.

An arrest affidavit says White told the owner he wanted to go to Topeka to see his girlfriend.

White was arrested with the Crown Victoria in Holton, Kan.

In other arrests, six drivers from Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana and Nebraska were arrested for driving under license suspension.

Three Richardson County residents were arrested for failure to appear in court and a Kansas man was arrested on warrants from Dodge, Nemaha and Sarpy counties.
