SHUBERT -- Shawn Ray, 45, of Omaha is charged in Richardson County with felony possession of concentrated THC.

Court records say a sheriff’s deputy was at Indian Cave State Park and made a traffic stop due to a defective headlight.

The deputy says Ray told him there were eight edible cookies in the vehicle. Prosecutors say a cookie tested positive for THC.

FALLS CITY – Steven Riggs, 20, of Falls City is charged with possession of concentrated THC on Oct. 24.

Court records say a sheriff’s deputy searched a van Riggs was driving after a Wilson Street traffic stop.

FALLS CITY – Josie Lunsford, 24, of Falls City is charged with possession of methamphetamine on Oct. 1.

An arrest affidavit says Lunsford was pulled over for loud exhaust on her pickup truck.

Court records say a free air sniff by the K9 valor indicated to illegal drugs and meth was found during a search of the vehicle.
