Prosecutors plan to issue warrant for double murder suspect
The state is expected to begin the process of bringing an accused killer back to Nebraska.

Gage Walter
OMAHA, Neb. -- The state is expected to begin the process of bringing an accused killer back to Nebraska.
27-year-old Gage Walter has been in an Iowa jail since mid-August.
He's been charged in the Omaha murders of his grandmother and great-grandmother
Prosecutors plan to ask the district court clerk to draft a governor's warrant sometime next week for Walter. That would begin the process to extradite him from Des Moines to Omaha to face murder charges.
He's been in Iowa since August when he was arrested after a standoff at a church.
Iowa dismissed its charges against him because they aren't as serious.
